Startup Weekend Finance happens in Copenhagen for the first time since 2012. In fact, Copenhagen has been the first city to host this international event with a specialization in finance. The 54 hour long workshop starts already this Friday and to ensure international participation, it will be held in English. Over 60 enthusiasts have already reserved their places. So if Startup Weekend Finance is an opportunity you do not want to miss out, hurry, as there is still option to sign up. Meet Lasse as a mentor Among the things making Startup Weekend events so special, is the participation of some of the brightest and well-experienced entrepreneurs as mentors. The mentors will join the workshop on Saturday, helping to shape the ideas and steer participants in the right direction. The focus of this weekend is FinTech thus Coinify will join to represent the local FinTech scene. Attendees can meet our CPO Lasse Birk Olesen, who will participate as a mentor at Startup Weekend Finance Copenhagen. In an attempt to spread the knowledge about digital currencies and the opportunities these open for innovations in the area of finance and technology, he will assist the participating enthusiasts. If you want to know more about Lasse, you can read the UP Copenhagen blog post here. Join Lasse and others for a weekend of networking, learning and mentoring. We hope that the event will be a great success and that it will help bringing more young talents to the local fintech scene!
